Menopause clarity

Power Hour

Sometimes you need space to talk things through, gain clarity, and feel confident about what to do next. The Menopause Clarity Power Hour is a dedicated one-to-one session designed to help you step out of overwhelm and leave with a clear, supportive plan forward. This is your time. One full hour focused entirely on you, your symptoms, and your menopause journey.

During our 60-minute session, we will:

  • Explore your current menopause symptoms and challenges

  • Clarify your personal goals (such as better sleep, improved energy, mood, or libido)

  • Talk through realistic ways to nourish your body to support health and wellbeing during menopause

  • Explore self-care practices that fit into real life and support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing

  • Build confidence and resilience, so you feel more in control of your menopause journey

Before your session

Once you book a date and time that suits you, you’ll complete a short health questionnaire. This allows me to fully understand your health history, current symptoms, and goals, so our time together is focused, personalised, and meaningful.

Your session

We’ll spend a full hour together via video call. If video feels uncomfortable, I’m also happy to offer the session by telephone — your comfort always comes first. This is a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about anything — from hot flushes and anxiety to vaginal dryness or low libido. Nothing is off-limits, and nothing is rushed.

After your session

Following our call, you’ll receive:

  • A personalised written summary of everything we discussed

  • Clear guidance on how to implement simple diet and lifestyle changes

  • A tailored list of recommended resources and product signposting

12 Week Menopause Reset Coaching Programme

A 12-week supported reset for clarity, confidence, and sustainable change

The Menopause Reset Coaching Programme is a 12-week, personalised coaching journey designed to support you through menopause in a steady, realistic, and compassionate way.

This programme is ideal if you’re ready to stop reacting to symptoms and start building routines that genuinely support your energy, sleep, mood, and emotional wellbeing , without overwhelm.

Rather than rushing change, we work with your body, allowing time for adjustments to settle and progress to feel achievable.

How it works

Initial Menopause Reset Session (90 minutes)

We begin with a deep-dive session to explore:

  • Your full health picture and menopause symptoms

  • What’s currently draining your energy or disrupting your balance

  • Your personal goals and priorities

  • Where small, targeted changes will have the biggest impact

This session sets the foundation for the entire 12 weeks.

Ongoing coaching (every other week)

You’ll then have five 60-minute 1:1 sessions, spaced every other week, to:

  • Review progress and symptom changes

  • Troubleshoot challenges as they arise

  • Refine nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care strategies

  • Build confidence and resilience over time

Between-session support

You’ll have access to light messaging via WhatsApp during working hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, but you can still message out of hours, I will respond within the next working day.

This is to support you with:

  • Clarifying questions about recommendations or guidance we’ve already discussed

  • Sense-checking symptoms, changes, or responses you’re noticing

  • Gentle accountability as you put new routines into practice

  • Sharing brief updates or reflections you’d like to explore further in our next session

This helps prevent small worries from building into overwhelm and supports steady, realistic progress.
