Hi, I’m Gin,
I’m a certified menopause wellness coach with a diploma in menopause and endometriosis awareness. Based in Canterbury, Kent, I support women both locally and online with clear, evidence-based guidance.
My work is rooted in lived experience. After years of being dismissed and told my symptoms were “normal,” I was diagnosed with deep infiltrating endometriosis. I went on to have a hysterectomy after completing my family, but the journey didn’t end there.
Two years later, new symptoms hit hard, allergies, night sweats, joint pain, and recurring pelvic pain. Despite no periods, I was still cycling, with intense ovulation pain and swelling. Scans revealed cysts on both ovaries, including an endometrioma, and I ultimately had my ovaries removed, bringing me into surgical menopause.
Starting HRT was essential, but far from simple. Finding the right balance, especially with progesterone intolerance, showed me first-hand that menopause is never one-size-fits-all.
Everything I’ve been through has shaped the way I support women today. I understand how it feels to not be heard, to feel overwhelmed, and to search for answers. Now, I’m here to help you feel informed, confident, and supported, so you never have to navigate this journey alone.

Perhaps you’re feeling…
• exhausted but unable to sleep
• waking in the night at 3am with your mind racing
• anxious or overwhelmed for no obvious reason
• like you've lost your confidence
• forgetful, struggling to find words, or experiencing brain fog
• suddenly irritated or short tempered with people you love
• weight gain, particularly around your middle
• hot flushes or waking at night drenched in sweat
• aching joints or muscles
• dry skin, dry eyes, or vaginal dryness
• a loss of energy, motivation is hard to come by
• your libido has left the building
• feeling like you're not quite yourself anymore
You may even have spoken to a doctor and been told:
“Your blood tests are normal.”
“You’re too young for menopause.”
“It’s probably stress.”
But deep down you know something has changed.
If this sounds familiar, you are not imagining it, and you are certainly not alone! Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect every system in your body, from your brain and mood to your metabolism, sleep, and energy levels.
The good news is that with the right knowledge, support, and personalised guidance, things can start to make sense, and you can begin to feel like yourself again!
Take my menopause symptom checker to see how hormonal changes could be affecting you.

I support women in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, and surgical menopause, including those experiencing menopause due to hysterectomy or medical treatment.
No. Many women come to me feeling unsure or dismissed. Coaching can help you make sense of symptoms and identify whether they may be related to perimenopause or menopause.
Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
My approach combines evidence-based menopause education with lived experience of surgical menopause, hysterectomy, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Menopause isn’t just a clinical transition — it’s physical, emotional, and often isolating. Having walked this path myself means nothing is minimised, rushed, or dismissed.
I also keep support simple, clear, and manageable. I don’t overcomplicate things with rigid meal plans or expensive supplements. Instead, guidance is realistic, flexible, and tailored to fit into everyday life.
I provide evidence-based information about HRT, including benefits, risks, and options, to help you make informed decisions and feel confident discussing this with your healthcare provider.
Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.
Yes. I help you organise your symptoms, questions, and provide you with relevant information you can take with you, so you can feel confident and heard during medical appointments.
I ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your plan.
