Menopause Reset Coaching Programme

6 weeks of personalised support to help you feel informed, supported and back in control.

Sometimes one conversation simply isn’t enough. You may know what you want to change, but putting it into practice while navigating menopause can feel overwhelming.

My 6-Week Menopause Reset Coaching Programme gives us the time to look at the bigger picture, identify your priorities and work together on realistic changes that fit around you and your life.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, we'll focus on the areas that matter most to you, whether that's sleep, energy, nutrition, movement, mood, stress, confidence or understanding your menopause and treatment options.

How it works

Your 60-minute Reset Session

Before we meet, you'll complete my health and symptom questionnaire so I can get a clear picture of where you are now and what you'd most like help with.

We'll then have 60 minutes together to explore your symptoms, health, lifestyle, current challenges and goals. From there, we'll identify your priorities and create realistic first steps to get you moving in the right direction.

Three 30-minute Progress Sessions

You'll have two further one-to-one sessions across the six weeks.

These give us the opportunity to see what's working, talk through any challenges, adjust your approach and gradually build on your progress, rather than giving you a huge list of changes and sending you away to manage them alone.

Support Between Our Sessions

You'll also have access to light messaging support throughout the six weeks during my designated working hours, Monday - Friday I will aim to reply within 1-2 working days.

You can use this for brief questions, clarification, updates and a little accountability when you need it. If something requires a more in-depth conversation, we'll add it to our next coaching session.

Your 6-week reset isn't about perfection.

It's about understanding your body, working out what you need and making manageable changes you can actually sustain.

By the end of our six weeks together, my aim is for you to have a much clearer understanding of your menopause, greater confidence in the decisions you make and a realistic plan that you can continue long after our coaching finishes.

Limited availability — just 5 spaces

Keeping spaces limited means I can really get to know you, your symptoms and your goals, adapting your support as you progress.
